USB charging current is not sufficient. Verify that your handheld is connected to a powered USB charging source and that the proper USB driver is installed.

u didnt get a cd with phone? if not, there might be something u can download. im not sure about other phones [i have a palm centro] but i had to install cd to sync computer to phone.
