It sounds like a good laptop. Do not billeve all of these people who say that acer is no good because it is good. I work in IT and see a lot of laptops. Aver is amoung the most reliable that i have came across. The worst are Dell, HP and Compaq I see heaps of them with major hardware problems. i set up 30 dell laptops up for a company and 5 of them had a dead hard drive when they were brand new. I use an Acer and love it. If you currently use a windows computer do not get a mac because you would have to get a whole new set of software. It is a great computer. get it.
