I was just wondering b/c when i e-mail my pix they are so large that i cant send but 1 or 2 at a time 
could you tell me the best way to send them faster of a size thats still clear and not too grainy b/c with my job i have to send photos in , in sets of 60
Set your resolution to 7M .. after all you spent the money for a 7MP sensor, use it all.
Set your quality to best … same reason
The rest will not have much to do with the quality of your images except you need to shut off the date stamp-date feature … That will ruin many great images due to the red/orange writing on the image
