Tell me the name of the Photo Editing Program?
Hi, i had a photo editing program but i had to re-install windows, and lost it. Could someone tell me the name of it (and the website). Its logo was a sort of microscope that was gold and blue, it was a little dinky program, but i used it to measure pixels and edit photos?
