How can I get a cell phone ring tone absolutely free?
First I would like to use the mp3 files that I already have to make my own ring tone. How do I do that? Is there a free website that will let me do this?
Second, is there anyway for me to directly download the ring tone from my computer to my phone with out using web access on my phone as it is expensive. What hardware will I need to get if this is possible? (like some sort of usb??)

Depending on the features of your phone, you could move songs across using either USB or Bluetooth. You can get a friend with a Blue Tooth phone to send you their ring tones for free.
