What is SEM microscop electron software stand for?
i need take a picture of my particle, but i have no electron camera nor digital super zoom camera. my friend told me that i need a software which equal with flash camera (idont know).
do i need the device?
could i use my webcam? (Creative Labs Live Notebook USB Webcam)
explain it, or show me the software.

How big is the particle?
SEM software only works with electron microscopes.
Added. 1.8mm is big enough that a decent picture can be taken with a microscope with a camera attached. If you don’t have access to one you and you have a digital camera you can try to take a picture and see how it turns out. Digital cameras by their nature have good depth of field so you can sometimes take good pictures of small stuff. So first get a white or black background for your particle, get some bright lights and illuminate you particle, then take you camera and put it into closeup or macro mode ( all but the cheapest cameras have is option) and put the lens as close as possible to the particle. You might have to manually focus you camera to take a clear picture. Don’t use the zoom as that will have too small depth of focus or the flash as that will make too many shadows.
Well, just try it out and see what results you get.
