Camera says memory full, I uploaded all my pics on the computer though, Help plz!?
I have an Insignia 7.0 mega pixels camera. I uploaded all my pictures and videos onto the computer. When I tried to send them back to my camera it said memory full. I unplugged the camera from the usb cord and checked the camera. There were no pictures or videos on there though! Why does it say it was full? How do I fix it?
If you have Windows Vista on your computer it may be putting ReadyBoost onto your memory card. A simple format of the card in the camera will fix it, but using the “safely remove hardware” button next to your clock is the official way of doing it right.
If you have a Mac or Windows XP or anything else, and you keep having this problem even after formatting, then you should consider the card a loss.
You should format every time you pull the pics off the card.
